2. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND MODIFICATIONS
* Artistic Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our premium polyresin statues and comic books as accurately as possible. However, because our pieces feature high-grade hand-painted finishes, minor variations may occur between pieces.
* Pricing & Availability: All prices for our products (such as our premium Shri Hanuman Art Sculpture) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, series, or bundle at any time.
* Geographical Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
* We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
* You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
* Payments are securely processed through our integrated payment aggregator partner, Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card credentials on our servers.
4. HANDLING, CARE, AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER
* Fragile Nature: Our statues are crafted from premium high-grade polyresin, offering a durable, stone-like weight. However, they are highly fragile artistic creations. Buyers must handle them with extreme care. Do not shake, tilt, or drop the sculpture.
* Maintenance: To protect the premium hand-painted matte coating, the sculpture must only be dusted gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid exposure to water, moisture, or harsh chemical cleaners.
* Liability: Tapobal Studio shall not be held liable for any structural damage, breakage, or degradation caused by drop impact, improper handling, tilting, or environmental exposure after delivery.
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOM-CUT PACKAGING
* To ensure your premium sculpture arrives completely free of transit damage, all items are dispatched inside a specialized custom-cut, shockproof foam casing.
* Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. Tapobal Studio is not responsible for logistical delays caused by third-party courier handling or regional postal anomalies.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND RIGHTS
* All intellectual property on this site—including but not limited to the brand names, original digital designs, dynamic 3D sculpt files, original storylines, text, layout, graphics, limited-edition comic books, and artwork—is the exclusive creative property of Tapobal Studio and its creators.
* Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our sculptures, designs, or comic books is strictly prohibited.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
* These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
* Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
