How can i cancel my order?
Prepaid Orders: You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the shipment has not been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, email us at contact.tapobal@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp/Instagram with your order number.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered (see Return Policy below)
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
