Return & Refund Policy

At Tapobal Studio, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction. Because our products are specialized premium studio collectibles, we enforce clear guidelines regarding cancellations and returns to maintain structural operational standards.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY
* Prepaid Orders: You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the shipment has not been dispatched from our facility. 
* Partial COD Orders: The ₹500 booking fee becomes entirely non-refundable once the shipping label is generated and the item enters fulfillment status.

2. RETURN & REPLACEMENT CRITERIA
* We offer a replacement or return policy only if the product delivered is physically damaged during transit, has missing components, or suffers from a core manufacturing defect.
* Any defect or damage must be reported to our customer support channel within 48 hours of successful delivery.

3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
* To qualify for a return or replacement, the customer MUST provide a continuous, unedited, clear unboxing video.
* The video must capture the package's outer shipping label, the structural breaking of the box seal, and the physical removal of the item in a single, uninterrupted shot. 
* Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

4. REFUND TIMELINE
* Upon verifying your claim and receiving the damaged item back at our warehouse, a replacement unit will be issued. 
* If a replacement unit is entirely out of stock, a full refund of the paid value will be initiated. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your banking institution's processing cycles.
