Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Tapobal Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays or regional lockdown days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to logistical constraints, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Estimated Delivery Time (Metro Cities): 3–5 business days.
* Estimated Delivery Time (Rest of India): 5–7 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal weather, peak holiday traffic, or courier transit disruptions.

3. PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS
* To validate and secure a Cash on Delivery order, a non-refundable commitment fee of ₹500 must be paid online via our secure payment gateway at the time of checkout.
* The remaining balance of the invoice value must be settled directly with the courier representative at the time of physical delivery.
* In the event that a COD order is explicitly rejected at the doorstep, or remains undelivered after maximum attempts due to incomplete contact metrics, the ₹500 advance fee stands forfeited to offset the two-way transit loss incurred by the studio.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp alert once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
