1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays or regional lockdown days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to logistical constraints, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Estimated Delivery Time (Metro Cities): 3–7 business days.
* Estimated Delivery Time (Rest of India): 7–10 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal weather, peak holiday traffic, or courier transit disruptions.
*Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are automated estimates generated by courier linehaul networks and do not represent a guaranteed delivery deadline. Tapobal Studio is not liable for standard courier transit fluctuations, regional hub backlogs, or weather disruptions. Delays within reasonable courier transit windows (up to 10 business days) do not constitute grounds for doorstep rejection or a full cash refund without freight deductions.
3. COD Policy
We provide Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) for orders placed through our website. By placing a Partial COD order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the partial advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation post-dispatch, return, change of mind, delivery refusal, or failure/inability to accept and receive the shipment. This advance deposit is retained to directly offset the non-recoverable operational expenses incurred by the studio, including payment gateway processing fees, specialized protective packaging materials, and Return to Origin (RTO) two-way courier freight charges.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp alert once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
